What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address, and order details when you buy. Your email, and a phone number if you choose to give one, when you join our list or a waitlist. Standard analytics and advertising cookies, including pixels from advertising platforms such as Meta, which help us measure ads.
Why
To fulfill your orders, answer your email, and send marketing you asked for. That is the whole list.
Who touches it
Our hosting provider, our payment processor (card details go straight to them; we never see or store your card number), our email and text-message platforms, and advertising platforms for measurement. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, you are opting in to receive text messages from UBORA, such as launch news and occasional drop alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your email or your orders. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and list emails and numbers until you unsubscribe or reply STOP. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at contact@uborafragrances.com. California residents can make these requests under the CCPA.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
