Who we are
UBORA Fragrances (“UBORA”, “we”, “us”) sells concentrated roll-on fragrance oils at uborafragrances.com. Questions about these terms go to contact@uborafragrances.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel and refund any order, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel, you get your money back in full.
Our products and designer references
Our fragrances are original compositions inspired by scent profiles you may recognize. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer house named for reference.
UBORA competes with designer fragrance brands. We do not use their fragrances and are not associated with or endorsed by any designer brand or their manufacturers. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Designer and brand names are referenced solely for comparison purposes, to give customers an understanding of each fragrance’s character and scent profile. We do not present our fragrances as exact copies. UBORA operates in compliance with the FTC’s Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.
Using the site
You must be 18 or older, or shopping with a parent or guardian’s consent. The content on this site (copy, photography, design) belongs to UBORA and may not be reused without permission.
Guarantee and liability
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described on the returns page. Beyond it, products are provided as is to the fullest extent the law allows, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid. Patch test before full use if fragrance usually gives your skin trouble.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. We may update them; the date below tells you when we last did.
